What you'll do

• Lead store operations, talent development, sales, customer service, and operational execution
• recruit and train team members
• partner with clinical services
• perform pre-testing as needed
• resolve customer concerns
• review performance reports
• coordinate with Support Center and Human Resources
• perform simple repairs and lens assembly
• monitor order delivery and lab standards.
