What you'll do

• Operate a forklift to move and stage products
• transfer finished goods between production, chiller, warehouse, and dispatch areas
• load and unload box trucks
• stage orders for shipment
• palletize, wrap, secure, and label pallets
• verify quantities and labels against transfer and shipping documents
• maintain warehouse paperwork
• inspect loads
• keep work areas clean and organized
• follow GMP and safety requirements
• report damaged product, equipment issues, and inventory discrepancies.

Why this role

Previous forklift experience is required; certification is preferred or the candidate must be willing to become certified. Food manufacturing or distribution experience and knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations are preferred.
