What you'll do

• Encourage and assist with daily routines, meal preparation, household chores, medication support, and activities of daily living
• support personal goals and choices
• document services and track hours and mileage
• help maintain safe and welcoming living spaces
• support health, wellness, errands, relationships, hobbies, and community activities
• use a personal vehicle for supported transportation
• protect privacy and report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
