What you'll do

• Create engaging activities related to participants' goals and interests
• deliver age-appropriate activities and supports
• assist participants with daily living activities
• complete daily electronic documentation
• communicate care results and updates
• participate in service training
• communicate with participants, staff, and community affiliations
• maintain documentation in compliance with licensing agencies
• perform physical interventions as required.
