What you'll do
- Provide leadership in the absence of administration
- address employee injuries and resident emergencies during clinic closure
- coordinate and supervise LPNs, Care Partners, and Administrative Assistants
- review, implement, and evaluate care plans
- support admissions, discharges, transfers, and emergency care
- review labs and reports and follow protocols for abnormal results
- keep staff informed about health services, nursing techniques, and licensing regulations.
