The Youth Support Specialist role is onsite in Casa Grande, AZ. Compensation is $16–$19 per hour. Shalva Haven’s group home provides a structured, safe, and nurturing environment for youth in care.

What you'll do

• Support youth’s daily routines and well-being in a group home
• depending on shift, assist with morning and school preparation, transportation, meals, homework, structured activities, and bedtime routines
• overnight staff conduct routine checks, document observations and incidents, and maintain a calm, secure environment. Applicants must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, pass required screenings, and hold or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
