Education & Employment Case Manager – Youth Programs

The Education & Employment Case Manager – Youth Programs role is onsite in Denver, CO, with compensation of $24.26 per hour. Urban Peak’s education and employment programming supports youth with learning, career, and employment goals. The case manager provides individualized education and job-readiness support, helping youth pursue GED, high school, post-secondary, and employment goals. The role coordinates with program staff, community partners, and agencies to develop plans, connect youth with resources, and track progress.

What you'll do

• Provide GED, secondary, and post-secondary support, including tutoring and classroom assistance
• assess GED preparation needs
• support school enrollment and post-secondary applications and financial aid
• develop employment plans and job-readiness skills
• coach youth on job searches and applications
• coordinate employment events and workshops
• maintain partnerships, client files, and service data
• collaborate on youth service plans and provide assigned shelter-floor and program support.
