What you'll do

• Administer the service contract and coordinate with client management
• address concerns with clients, shops, and customers
• support parts availability and procurement
• monitor service-level reports and purchasing compliance
• manage inventory levels, counts, adjustments, and stocking requirements
• generate and review operational and accounting reports
• conduct site visits
• review timesheets
• address personnel issues
• hire, orient, train, and supervise district employees
• provide customer support and assist with deliveries and pickups.

Why this role

Requires 2 years of auto and/or heavy-duty parts, inventory, and computer experience; 24-hour availability and a valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience. Supervisory experience and ASE certification are preferred.
