What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution
• communicate case updates to clients
• order, review, and summarize medical records and bills
• coordinate with medical providers and insurers
• prepare demand packages for attorney review
• track treatment and deadlines
• maintain SmartAdvocate case notes and compliant files
• assist with case strategy and settlement preparation.
