IBHS Clinical Documentation Reviewer

Job overview

The IBHS Clinical Documentation Reviewer role is in-person and office-based in Philadelphia, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is $62,000–$75,000 per year. The reviewer supports quality assurance across the IBHS program by checking clinical records for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance, then providing feedback and training support to clinical staff.

What you'll do

• Review Behavioral Consultant, Mobile Therapist, and Behavioral Health Technician progress notes
• verify medical necessity, individualized interventions, measurable progress, signatures, and timely completion
• conduct chart audits
• monitor compliance with Pennsylvania IBHS regulations, Medicaid and managed-care standards, HIPAA, and agency policies
• track corrective actions
• assist with audits and payer requests
• provide staff feedback and documentation training support.
