Team Shift Lead, Front of House

The Team Shift Lead role is onsite in Atwater, CA. Compensation is $18–$23 per hour. The position leads Bellevue Bowl’s Front of House team and supports daily operations, guest service, leagues, tournaments, and events. The role exists to coordinate staff and facility operations so guests receive responsive service and events run smoothly. It also supports team training, safe operations, and development of leagues and community tournaments.

What you'll do

• Lead, train, and support Front of House team members
• oversee leagues, tournaments, and front desk operations
• coordinate birthday parties and event hosts
• resolve guest concerns
• help manage staff schedules and event coverage
• monitor bowling gear inventory
• ensure compliance with California labor laws for breaks and meal periods
• open and close the facility, balance tills, and make deposits
• maintain a clean, safe workplace
• help develop leagues, events, and community tournaments.
