Roll Back Driver

The Roll Back Driver role is onsite in Manassas, VA, paying $40.00 per hour. The driver supports Strittmatter Companies’ field operations by transporting construction equipment, materials, and support assets between jobsites, company facilities, and vendors. The role exists to deliver equipment safely, efficiently, and on schedule while meeting DOT requirements and company safety standards. It also supports yard operations and coordinates deliveries with dispatch, project managers, and field personnel.

What you'll do

• Operate a roll back truck to transport construction equipment, tools, and materials
• load, secure, transport, and unload equipment
• conduct vehicle inspections
• maintain driver logs and transportation documents
• coordinate pickups and deliveries
• comply with DOT weight and securement requirements
• perform routine maintenance checks
• assist with yard operations and inventory movement
• maintain vehicle cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
