Behavioral Health Director

What you'll do

• Oversee and manage the Behavioral Health Unit
• ensure quality treatment and behavioral interventions
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• review admissions and referrals
• ensure unit safety and regulatory compliance
• oversee documentation and chart reviews
• hire, train, and supervise Behavioral Health Counselors
• respond to crises per facility policy
• coordinate services
• support counseling, case management, discharge planning, and quality assurance as needed.
