The Orthodontic Assistant position is onsite across Kristo Orthodontics’ practice locations in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Rice Lake, Black River Falls, Bloomer, and Stanley, WI. Pay is $19–$26 per hour based on experience. The full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, with no evenings, weekends, or holidays. The practice provides specialized orthodontic dental care. The assistant prepares patients, supports the orthodontist during procedures, and helps complete chairside appointments while creating a comfortable patient experience. The role also provides orthodontic care instructions and dental health education to patients and families and communicates treatment needs to clinic staff.

What you'll do

• Prepare patients for procedures
• review patient notes and prepare instruments
• assist the orthodontist during procedures and complete chairside appointments
• provide orthodontic care instructions, dental health education, and diet recommendations
• help patients and parents feel comfortable
• communicate treatment needs to clinic staff
• take or order panorex X-rays.
