Automotive Service Manager

The Automotive Service Manager role is onsite in Arlington, TX. Pay is $900–$2,000 per week. Midas of NTX is a family-owned franchise focused on vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and repair services. This manager directs service department operations, supports customers through estimates and repair recommendations, and leads technicians to help the shop deliver quality automotive service.

What you'll do

• Direct service technicians and shop operations
• consult with customers and follow up on requested services and completion estimates
• oversee vehicle inspections, repair recommendations, computerized repair orders, parts sourcing, and pricing estimates
• train and supervise staff
• maintain inventory and facility organization.
