Trained Medication Aide (TMA)

What you'll do

• Administer delegated oral, topical, and inhaled medications
• document medication administration and report changes, refusals, or concerns
• observe residents for side effects and responses
• assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals as needed
• maintain medication carts and storage areas
• collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff
• follow applicable policies and regulations.
