What you'll do

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and peripherals
• provide onsite and remote end-user support
• support audio/visual and video conferencing technologies
• troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues
• perform deployments, upgrades, and field service
• support infrastructure hardware and cybersecurity initiatives
• document issues, resolutions, and installations.
