What you'll do

• Manage patient treatment and needs
• document nursing care accurately
• maintain infection-control standards
• use and maintain IVs, wound VAC, and complex wound-care skills
• conduct patient visits
• educate patients and caregivers
• coordinate with physicians, providers, team members, and vendors
• assist with discharges and transfers and complete required paperwork.
