Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, with annual compensation of $90,000–$100,000. Amaze ABA Therapy provides in-home ABA services to help children and families make progress in their everyday environments. The BCBA provides clinical oversight and individualized, evidence-based care by assessing behavior, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and training caregivers. Monitoring progress and collaborating with families, providers, and community partners supports effective treatment and positive outcomes.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• maintain clinical documentation and treatment integrity
