What you'll do

• Respond to requests through phone, chat, tickets, and email
• record incidents and service requests in ServiceNow
• investigate, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues involving applications, messaging, devices, hardware, network connectivity, logins, PIV cards, and VPN access. Monitor ticket status, identify potential major incidents, participate in incident bridge calls, handle VIP contacts, and verify ACE portal accessibility after maintenance.
