Facilities Specialist

The role supports residents and staff through preventive maintenance, repairs, work-order tracking, emergency response, and coordination with facilities leadership and site teams.

What you'll do

• Maintain assigned premises
• complete routine maintenance, emergency repairs, preventive maintenance orders, inspections, and work orders
• maintain HVAC and other facility equipment
• perform general property repairs and upkeep
• update work orders in the computerized maintenance management system
• coordinate with site leadership, contractors, vendors, and facilities management
• travel between company locations
• participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as required.
