What you'll do

• Troubleshoot integrated AV systems remotely and onsite
• handle support tickets and escalations
• support meetings and events and verify room readiness
• diagnose system issues and escalate when needed
• test and validate repairs and updates
• support preventive maintenance and system audits
• document tickets and contribute to internal knowledge resources
• travel to client locations as required.
