What you'll do

• Lead projects from kickoff through closeout
• confirm scope, staffing, logistics, and material strategies
• develop project plans from drawings and schedules
• oversee execution across project teams and field supervision
• coordinate with superintendents to remove constraints and optimize sequencing
• align manpower, materials, equipment, and logistics
• monitor financials, forecasts, and cost-to-complete
• identify risks and mitigation strategies
• manage schedules, procurement, vendors, change management, and client coordination
• ensure quality, safety, and commissioning standards
• maintain project documentation and reporting
• mentor project managers and engineers.
