What you'll do

• Follow sanitation and food-handling protocols
• prepare food according to regulations, departmental procedures, standardized recipes, and special diet orders
• complete assigned pre-meal preparation
• maintain temperature charts and other HACCP records
• distribute production on time and in required quantities
• maintain a safe work environment and clean food areas
• coordinate new menu items and recipes with the Sous Chef or Manager
• report inventory needs
• assist in directing kitchen staff
• protect confidential resident information
• attend in-service training.
