Janitor and Light Maintenance

Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The Janitor and Light Maintenance role is onsite in Waukesha, WI. The position maintains a clean, safe, and functional office and warehouse facility for Neu Tool & Supply Corp. The role combines routine custodial work with minor repairs and safety checks, helping keep shared spaces and facility operations in good condition. Larger repair needs are reported to management.

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and floors
• empty trash and recycling
• clean windows and surfaces
• restock supplies
• perform light repairs such as replacing bulbs and HVAC filters, minor plumbing fixes, and touch-up painting
• report larger maintenance needs
• remove snow and ice around doorways
• monitor supplies
• perform basic safety checks
• operate cleaning and maintenance equipment
• support warehouse operations.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent and prior janitorial or facilities experience are preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and use ladders or step stools; outdoor work in varying weather is required for grounds and snow duties.
