What you'll do

• Lead the administrative team supporting field technicians
• coordinate with service and installation technicians, dispatch, managers, customers, vendors, and suppliers
• manage branch revenue, profitability, budgets, and goals
• review work orders, invoices, time reports, and payroll hours
• schedule technicians
• monitor vehicles, parts, and materials
• support training, hiring, performance reviews, safety, and service quality.
