What you'll do

• Oversee breakfast and lunch preparation, hot-line execution, and grab-and-go offerings
• maintain food safety and kitchen cleanliness
• coordinate food runners and replenishment
• lead, train, and support seasonal culinary staff
• assist with onboarding and shift assignments
• monitor food usage, waste, inventory, and ordering
• coordinate with front-of-house staff
• support Commitment to Zero sustainability and recycling initiatives.
