What you'll do

• Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments
• assess the nature of water loss and prepare a proposed job scope using moisture meters and company-provided technology
• explain solutions and secure work authorization
• discuss payment options
• begin drying to stabilize moisture in affected areas
• communicate job status with customers, management, and insurance carriers
• complete documentation.
