The General Manager oversees local operations, financial performance, and team development to grow the business and deliver reliable customer service. The role coordinates with platform resources and leads operational improvements across sales, service delivery, dispatch, installation, marketing, and warehousing.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement operational plans for growth, market share, and financial objectives
• own the local P&L and manage brand financial performance
• oversee sales, service delivery, dispatch and call center, installation, marketing, and warehousing
• manage labor capacity and margins through scheduling and technician assignments
• work with platform resources on marketing efficiency, labor capacity, warehousing, fleet, and vendor management
• develop teams, support recruitment and employee development, promote customer satisfaction, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
