What you'll do

• Manage daily bakery and pastry production, including bread, desserts, and baked goods
• prepare items from approved recipes and menus
• supervise and train night-shift employees
• maintain menus, product consistency, shelf stock, and freshness
• accommodate dietary needs with allergen-aware or modified recipes as required
• follow Food Safe Handler, HACCP, and PCHF requirements
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• monitor product rotation, labeling, and storage.

Why this role
