What you'll do

• Welcome and acknowledge guests
• seat guests and support positive guest relations
• access and confirm reservations in OpenTable
• register guests and verify reservation details
• communicate specials and promotions
• coordinate seating with the seater
• relay VIP arrivals and guest information
• document requests, complaints, and messages
• confirm reservations and cancellations
• generate reports
• maintain the host station and restaurant perimeter.
