Electrical Design Engineer

The Electrical Design Engineer role is an onsite, full-time opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is not specified. The role turns project requirements into safe, practical, code-compliant, buildable electrical designs. Working with controls engineers, project managers, panel shop personnel, field technicians, and customers, the engineer develops drawings and documentation and supports fabrication, installation, startup, and project closeout.

What you'll do

• Develop electrical designs, schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, system drawings, power and control circuits, I/O and termination drawings, and bills of materials. Coordinate electrical architecture and interfaces with controls engineers
• maintain accurate revisions and as-built documentation
• apply applicable NEC, NFPA, UL, and OSHA requirements
• support panel fabrication, testing, field installation, startup, commissioning, and project closeout.
