What you'll do

• Sort, pre-rinse, and load dishes, silverware, and glassware into washer trays
• unload and stock clean items
• wash pots and pans
• maintain clean workstations
• complete side work during downtime
• remove soiled dishes from the cook’s line
• organize and clean the dish area and prep kitchen
• restock the employee restroom
• help put away food deliveries
• break down boxes and remove trash and recyclables
• assist with food preparation using safe food-handling practices.
