Group Home Manager

What you'll do

• Support residents’ quality of life and personal choices
• develop and implement plans aligned with Person-Centered Plans
• coordinate medical care
• communicate with families, professionals, and the community
• supervise, train, and schedule staff
• provide shift coverage as needed
• accompany residents to appointments and errands
• maintain regulatory compliance and documentation
• oversee budgets and residents’ finances
• participate in audits and meetings
• coordinate home and vehicle upkeep, grocery shopping, and medication administration
• and implement CMS standards.

Why this role
