What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and other restaurant items
• inspect cleaned items and return them to their proper locations
• clear, clean, and set tables as needed
• stock, clean, and prepare front- and back-of-house areas
• open or close the work area according to procedures
• assist with food preparation when directed.
