Regulatory Compliance Specialist

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist role is in person in Fishkill, NY, with pay of $21–$24 per hour. Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs provides childcare, summer, early learning, and pre-kindergarten programs across approximately 15 states. The specialist supports organization-wide compliance by tracking children’s required health documentation, licensing information, deadlines, and records. The work helps teams keep documentation accurate and current and prepare for reviews, inspections, and audits.

What you'll do

• Track children’s medical and health documentation across states
• identify missing, incomplete, or expired records
• maintain spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems
• monitor expiration dates and send reminders
• follow up with teams
• track state-specific licensing requirements and regulatory deadlines
• organize records for reviews, inspections, and audits
• prepare reports and checklists
• maintain confidentiality.
