What you'll do

• Transport, set up, install, test, and safely dismantle audiovisual equipment
• perform wiring, programming, and basic construction according to layouts and schedules
• troubleshoot video, audio, signal, computer, hardware, and peripheral issues
• support Windows 11 and Microsoft Office users
• configure hardware and user accounts
• document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software
• install software and updates
• support Wi-Fi, VPN, and wireless devices
• manage equipment inventory
• and prepare expense reports.
