The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem role is onsite in Kennewick, WA, with a base rate of $55 per hour and possible shift differential pay. Hanford Home Health provides care to EEOICPA benefits recipients and other medically complex patients in their homes. The nurse provides skilled, individualized home care under practitioner orders and the patient’s Plan of Care. Through assessments, monitoring, treatments, and documentation, the role supports safe and consistent care for patients with complex medical needs.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care according to practitioner orders and individualized Plans of Care
• perform nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring within RN scope
• administer medications and treatments and monitor for side effects or condition changes
• provide ordered skilled interventions, including wound care when within scope
• document vital signs, intake and output as applicable, pain, weight, and patient responses.
