What you'll do

• Assist with oversight of the residential program and staff supervision
• follow organizational values and trauma-informed practice
• interact with staff and clients to ensure services follow the operating modality, treatment plans, calendars, and schedules
• support staff and residents during crisis and post-crisis situations
• supervise and coach youth
• complete client and program records
• help ensure staff coverage
• attend meetings and participate in planning and quality assurance
• protect client privacy
• travel on agency business as required
• make home visits.
