The Quality Systems & Compliance Technologist role is onsite in Florence, KY. Pay is $22.55–$25.00 per hour, and the listed shift is 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. The role safeguards quality for food, beverage, and specialty packaging products and supports plant safety and compliance. The technologist combines laboratory testing and production-floor audits to verify product specifications and maintain quality and safety systems. The role documents findings, supports corrective actions and investigations, and works with plant teams and corporate safety and quality partners to improve compliance and product reliability.

What you'll do

• Follow plant safety and food safety requirements and use required PPE
• maintain 5S organization
• document quality issues and collect samples
• audit finished goods
• conduct laboratory tests including tensile, handle strength, ink rub, barcode, and basis-weight checks
• assist with OSHA and EPA audits and inspections
• support safety meetings and training
• prepare shift summaries
• oversee GEMBA audits
• organize food safety certification initiatives
• perform mobile inspections
• investigate customer complaints and document corrective actions and root causes.
