What you'll do

• Review production schedules and confirm material availability
• track procurement, inventory, fabrication, and delivery status
• coordinate staging, kitting, and delivery to production
• manage ERP pick lists
• expedite critical materials with Purchasing
• identify schedule risks and shortages
• coordinate across teams
• maintain project documentation and updates
• track material usage and communicate delays and recovery plans.
