Member Services Representative — Afternoon/Evening

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• respond to questions and concerns
• assist with account and billing inquiries
• explain memberships and amenities
• support tours, sign-ups, and membership upgrades
• check members in
• answer phones
• process memberships, cancellations, and payments
• follow opening and closing procedures
• and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the club.
