What you'll do

• Order prescribed medications, equipment, and supplies
• prepare and administer treatments and medications
• communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and family members
• provide skilled nursing services including tube feedings, suctioning, catheterization, wound care, dressings, and irrigations
• monitor residents
• advocate for residents
• complete timely charting and documentation.
