What you'll do

• Provide medical nutrition therapy for pediatric patients with chronic and complex conditions
• conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• provide carbohydrate-counting education and insulin pump training as a Diabetes Educator
• manage enteral and parenteral nutrition, including TPN monitoring and lab interpretation
• participate in family-centered rounds, team meetings, and discharge planning
• provide counseling and follow-up
• support outpatient clinics, including Telehealth
• collaborate with food service
• develop education materials and train residents, nurses, and families.
