Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager

The role balances office leadership with field support, admissions, care coordination, clinical order review, documentation audits, scheduling, and staff development.

• Assist the Director of Clinical Services with clinical operations
• provide field-based support for admissions, care coordination, and clinical concerns
• review and approve clinical orders
• audit charting and ensure timely documentation
• oversee scheduling
• support staff competency, training, and education
• assist with clinical intake reviews.
