What you'll do

• Perform general carpentry, masonry, painting, electrical, and plumbing repairs that do not require a licensed technician
• maintain doors, windows, fixtures, and drains
• rehabilitate units
• inspect buildings and common areas
• document and close service orders
• record materials and time
• report specialized repair needs and unsafe conditions
• follow safety procedures and participate in emergency response plans.
