What you'll do

• Lead and mentor repair coordinators
• hold onsite repair partner technicians accountable to quality, turnaround, and certification standards
• manage repair workflows and SLA compliance
• coordinate with internal teams and offsite collision repair partners
• onboard, train, coach, and assess staff
• monitor fleet performance metrics
• maintain quality control and preventive maintenance processes
• oversee parts coordination and inventory
• ensure training, safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
• plan capacity and support depot growth.
