Customer Account Representative — Urology is an onsite role in Tampa, FL, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern schedule. Pay is $21 per hour. The Urology team supports customer service for new and current patients.
What you'll do
- Handle high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls
- update patient account, product, insurance, and contact information
- place resupply orders for incontinence supplies and catheters
- research payer requirements and reimbursement procedures
- troubleshoot equipment issues and offer product changes
- and protect patient confidentiality.
