What you'll do

• Assist with daily living needs and activities at home and in the community
• support grooming, bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and therapeutic positioning
• monitor and report health information
• implement individual support plans and collect progress data
• use approved behavior strategies
• advocate for individual goals and choices
• maintain safety, documentation, personal belongings, adaptive equipment, and living areas.
