- work with the Director of Nursing, Human Resources, or Facility Administrator on staff performance and policy compliance
- monitor safe care, proper techniques, and documentation
- communicate with residents, families, vendors, and interdisciplinary teams
- participate in compliance and quality-improvement committees, audits, and processes
- conduct staff evaluations, coaching, education, and supervision
- monitor direct care and conduct audits
- share on-call duties with nursing leadership.
